My name is Lamar Hamilton. I’m an illustrator and Painter currently creating in Florida.
Art has been a constant in my life. Through many different seasons and challenges, drawing and painting have always been the way I make sense of the world.
My work is inspired by people, plants, animals, spirituality, mysticism, and the quiet magic that exists in everyday life. I’m especially drawn to portraits and expressive drawings that capture emotion and energy.
I usually work with graphite, colored pencils, markers and acrylics often blending different materials together.
Every piece I create is part of a larger journey—exploring imagination, spirit, and connection through art.
